These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jt888 ("jt888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jt888.cam ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any way. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or matched deposit amounts awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements.
• "Device" means any hardware (smartphone, tablet, desktop computer or other internet-connected device) used to access the Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, instant game or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal of funds or upon request by jt888 at any time.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which balances and transactions are displayed for Pakistani users.
• "Platform" means the jt888 website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications operated by jt888.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of the Platform, through which Users may place wagers on sporting events.
• "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on jt888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or from any gambling service operated by jt888 or its affiliates.
5. You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or be enrolled in any self-exclusion program at the time of registration.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jt888 draws particular attention to the legal position in Pakistan. Online gambling is subject to significant legal restrictions in Pakistan, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. jt888 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan, does not hold a Pakistani gambling license, and is not authorised by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body. Pakistani users access this Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for assessing and complying with applicable local law. This notice does not constitute legal advice.

jt888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any funds therein will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. jt888 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

jt888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC may be triggered at any time, including before a withdrawal is processed, after a defined cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or as part of routine compliance review. You may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered mobile wallet).
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance procedures.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to jt888's satisfaction. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account suspension. jt888 handles all personal data submitted during KYC in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your Account with any other person.

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk. You confirm that any funds deposited into your Account represent discretionary funds that you can afford to lose without affecting your financial obligations or personal welfare. jt888 strongly encourages all Users to set deposit and loss limits within their Account settings.

jt888's Platform, including all games and sportsbook markets, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jt888 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous and uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical faults, maintenance downtime, or service interruptions. jt888 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform's infrastructure, interfere with other Users' access, or circumvent any security or access-control measures implemented by jt888.

All bets and game participation are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

For sportsbook bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond a defined threshold, or other extraordinary circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with jt888's published sports rules.
• jt888 offers cricket markets covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series, alongside football, UFC and other sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• jt888 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets, or void bets where system errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

For casino and slot games:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jt888 will attempt to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. jt888 reserves the right to withhold payment pending review of jackpot wins for technical or fraud-related issues.

jt888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made. General bonus principles applicable across all promotions are set out below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a specified wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino, table games and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed in the promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum cashout: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available to one Account per person, per household, per device and per IP address. jt888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Abuse: jt888 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation or multi-accounting is detected.

jt888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Current or pending wagering progress will be handled in accordance with the applicable promotion terms at the time of modification.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change. For Pakistani users, the cashier may reference familiar payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual guides. Regarding deposits:

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to compliance review.
• jt888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual amounts.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.

All balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the intended operation of bonus structures.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or share strategic information in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account, void affected bets and game results, withhold or forfeit any Balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the jt888 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio and video materials — is the intellectual property of jt888 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use jt888 branding, trademarks or trade names in any manner without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. jt888 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jt888 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
• Losses arising from technical faults, Platform downtime, payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond jt888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable law, or security best practices regarding your Account credentials.
• Decisions made by you in connection with gambling on the Platform, including any loss of funds wagered.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where jt888's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

jt888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable means of generating income and carries the risk of financial loss. jt888 strongly encourages all Users to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is prevented until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent break from the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

jt888 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly permit underage gambling. If you believe a minor may have accessed the Platform using your credentials, contact support immediately.

jt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than prohibited conduct, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests do not cancel pending bets already placed; pending bets will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance addressed accordingly.

jt888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Where a change is material, jt888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jt888 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jt888 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as determined by jt888's operator license conditions.

You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in various jurisdictions, including Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. You are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding the legal status of online gambling in your country of residence before using this Platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jt888's support team shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under jt888's applicable operating license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available on request from jt888 support.
